The Estimate
Our friendly estimator will inspect, measure, discuss the job with you and answer your questions. Estimate appointments typically last 15 to 30 minutes, depending on job scope.
Estimate Delivery
The estimator will let you know when to expect your written estimate, which can be delivered electronically or in person. Once you’ve reviewed it, we’ll be glad to answer any questions you may have. If you’d like, your estimator can go over the document with you in detail.
Contract & Schedule
When you decide to move forward, your estimator will return to discuss your color scheme and calendar the job. Once plans are confirmed, the estimator will fill out a contract for services, which will require your signature to begin work.
Starting The Job
Because we respect your time, we make every effort to be punctual every day of the job. Throughout the painting process, a foreman will be on-site to keep things on schedule and answer new questions. You can relax and enjoy watching your home undergo its amazing transformation.
Job Completion & Walk-Through
Rest assured that someone will always be available to assist you, should questions arise. Depending on the size and type of job, the foreman may periodically ask if you’d like to see how the work is progressing. Once we’re finished, you and the foreman will do a thorough walk-through to make sure you’re 100% satisfied.
Clean Up & Touch Up Paint
Next our crew will do a full site cleanup, including vacuuming work areas, and will give you a supply of neatly labeled touch-up paint. The estimator will then let you know about any new specials or additional offers and present you with a written work guarantee.
